My fiance has filed bankruptcy and her home may be foreclosed upon. What are the legal consequences to me?

None as long as you do not have any joint accounts. Keep all finances separate from hers even upon marriage. No joint bank accounts, no joint charge cards and always file income taxes as Married but filing separate.
